Riedel – Horn Decanter

Riedel has been making beautiful glassware, including decanters, for more than two and a half centuries. Over this time, they have redesigned the humble wine glass to suit specific varieties of wine, and they have changed the way we decant and enjoy a good drop.

During the same year that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born, Riedel was founded – and it was through this Austrian composer, as well as many other Austrian traditions, that Riedel found inspiration for the Horn Decanter. Entrenched in Austrian music as well as the 18th and 19th century postal system, the horn is typically Austrian…just like Riedel!

Individually crafted from mouth-blown crystal, the Horn Decanter’s generous shape provides the ideal decanting environment. Its unique design is accentuated by the use of coloured glass, for a decanter that modern musicians and wine aficionados alike can appreciate.
